I chose ECUST because I really like Shanghai. it’s such a dynamic city with a great mix of modern and traditional culture. The university has a beautiful campus and a diverse international student community, which makes it a great environment to learn and exchange cultures. I also heard good things about the Chinese language program and think studying here will help me improve my Chinese while experiencing life in China. Plus, being in a major city like Shanghai means there are so many opportunities to practice the language in real life situations.
