As a French student at the Catholic University of Lille in Languages Applied to Business, I would like to do an MBA in a foreign faculty to stand out from the others on the job market.
After having done my internship in Mexico with a friend who buys printers in China to resell them on the Mexican market, going to do my Master's degree in China seems obvious to me.
I am very motivated and want to share and learn with my future Chinese classmates but, beyond that, I would like to take advantage of this Master in Shanghai to make contacts and find new business ideas between China and the West.

I chose ECUST because it is a renowned university of which I have heard a lot of good things, especially due to their partnership with my current school, I met a former student and even a professor (Mr Stalla-Bourdillon) who spoke a lot of good things about the school and its courses. I think that ECUST's courses are completely in line with the life path I want to build for myself and studying in such a beautiful Chinese university can only help me move towards this goal.

First and foremost, I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to express my intent to pursue my higher education in China, specifically at East China University of Science and Technology.
"A good education will always guarantee you a good future" -- this is the mantra of my family handed down from my great grandparents. I believe that going to China for a higher education means guaranteeing me a future with stability and prosperity. China's reputation in the education sector worldwide inspired me to advance my studies in Business and Marketing. And to study in a country who has one of the fastest developing economies in the world is an opportunity to be in the midst of it all.
The facilities and conducive atmosphere of China will help me enhance my knowledge and skills in a better way. As a student, to discover and appreciate China's history, its rich culture, its people and its enormous landscape is not only going to be a good experience but it will also be an asset for future Marketers or Business Entrepreneurs, like me. I finished my BA (Hons) in Business and Marketing Management at Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom and I got good marks at the final result. I always take a keen interest in my studies and I believe, I want to spend my educational activities in a top-class environment to satisfy my inner educational needs. And this is the reason why I chose to study at the East China University of Science and Technology. It is one of the most prestigious universities in China known for its high-quality of education. 3. School of Business Introduction
Editor Notes: The school aims to bridge business with technology, and to nurture managerial talent with advanced knowledge and practical ability.
As emerging technology is disrupting business, the ECUST School of Business focuses on the integration of business and technologies, including biotechnology, information technology and pharmacy, with a view to cultivating business leaders with specific industry knowledge. Most of our students have a science or engineering background. The annual graduate’s survey shows that the graduates of the School mainly work in manufacturing/materials, IT/communication, automobile, pharmaceutical, logistic, and chemical industries.
The MBA Program and EMBA Program of ECUST School of Business were accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA) in 2012 and re-accredited in 2018, both with a five-year validity period, the longest validity period of AMBA accreditation. The School was also accredited by the Chinese Advanced Management Education Accreditation (CAMEA) in 2015. In 2017, ECUST School of Business was recognized for its submission ‘B+T’ Educational System by the Innovation that Inspire Initiative of AACSB.
4. College of International Education(CIE) Introduction
Editor Notes: CIE is responsible for recruitment, enrollment, academic affairs coordination and service of all international students coming to ECUST.
As an eligible university authorized by the Ministry of Education to enroll international students since 1956, ECUST has over 60 years' experience in teaching and serving for over tens of thousands of international students from more than 140 countries.
Founded in 2006, College of International Education, located on the main campus in Xuhui district, is a bridge and bond between international students and the university. It is responsible for recruitment, enrollment, academic affairs coordination and service of all international students coming to ECUST.
International students can apply for a bachelor, master or doctoral degree program or visiting program offered by ECUST, as well as long-term or short-term Chinese language and culture program and various customized programs.
Given the student-orientated management policies, CIE always bears the interests of the students in mind and is committed to build up an efficient and effective learning platform and comfortable living environment for all the international students at ECUST.

With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included(Photocopy of valid passport identification page. Passport must be an ordinary passport and be valid for at least six months. Applicants currently residing in China must include a copy of the page containing a valid visa or residence permit.)

Certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization. Both original and official English translated version are required.
Prospective diploma recipients must submit an official document issued by the current school to prove the current study status and expected graduation date. If applicants are admitted, a scan copy of the graduation and degree certificate shall be sent before registration.*9. Transcripts of all bachelor courses
Academic Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization. Both original and official English translated version are required.
*10. Two Recommendation Letters in English or Chinese from Professor or Associate Professor
Recommendation Letters should be issued after 1st September 2021 and contain the following information: title, institute, contact information, e-mail and signature of the referee.
*11. A Study Plan with a minimum of 800 words and a detailed Research Proposal if prepared.
